I now celebrate Xmas as "The Winter Solstice". Now that I have got into the habit of exchanging gifts with family etc, it's very hard when you have young Grandchildren, to explain about the "Big Bad God" etc after all they've been told in school. They are still very young and I wouldn't want to mess up their heads anymore, so I chosse do not talk about 'God, or Jesus' to them... I will only say how wonderful all the seasons of the year are...! What do you do? Anymore suggestions on how to deal with young childrens corrupt view's on things??? Bearing in mind they are not my children but my childrens children and I have to take a step back from what they as parents want/choose, to do or not to do!
