Seems to be 'Rife' in this neverending tales of abuse scandals... I wonder what the % of it's Priests are really pedophiles? Rules have to change, that they should never be allowed alone with children again, Doctors are not allowed alone even for an examination they have to have a nurse there... Things can change but the people have to make it happen...
