If you realize that choice comes extends into the world via an expectation of wanting and seeking good outcomes and avoiding (as much as possible) bad outcomes, that is, wanting such, then how was it possible for Eve to "want" the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (from which choice is derived) having not eaten of the fruit?
