I want a cardboard coffin, (white) which reads; "All Dressed Up, And Nowhere To Go". I don't want a hearse, just a van, and no religious ceremony at all... If I could be buried and a tree planted on me, that would be productive! One of my chosen songs will be "Coming Back To Life", by Pink Floyd!
